Phil has spent over 20 years helping people from all walks of life reach their personal wellness goals. From busy professionals to performers and everyday adults seeking change, he has guided countless clients with a focus on safe, effective, and empowering training.

Originally from Chicago, Phil’s fitness journey took him to Los Angeles and eventually to Boise, Idaho, where he met his wife, Christina, and fell in love with the Idaho way of life. The focus on the outdoors, recreation, slower pace, and strong family values inspired him to create a new approach to fitness—one that emphasizes personal growth, community, and holistic wellness.
